• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management, mechanical trades of ACMV, plumbing and sanitary.
• Experience and is hands on operation in building, M&E services.
• Experience in trouble shooting of breakdowns/faults and performing service recovery is necessary.
• Able to start work immediatetely or in short notice.
