Office Hours, 5 days, salary: $3000 - $4000

This role will be 80% ADMIN OFFICER + 20% FM exec

• Create purchase order, compile all the quotation, delivery order, service report and invoices. Perform good receipt and submit month end accrual. Compile work order status and completion and outstanding.
• Attend to phone call, liase with contractor, HOD and end user in related to FM Department.
• Perform any other administrative duty as required by Senior Manager
• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
• To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Independent and resourceful.
• Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
• Support the car park operations
• Assist in any other duties assigned

Job Descriptions

• Handling minor repairs, paint touch up and carpentry repair.
• Proficiency in M&E, electrical/lighting and plumbing tasks
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, implementing practical solutions.
• Communicate maintenance status and issues effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Undertaking ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to building and fire safety regulations.
• Follow established maintenance strategies and company policies to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 5 years of relevant working experiences in facilities & building maintenance.
• Basic know-hows for kitchen equipment is plus point. Training will be provided.
• ITE NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'N' / 'O' Level / Diploma
• Preferably with experience in the hospitality and F&B industry
• A team player with the flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Basic skill in using Microsoft and computer literacy.
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Having knowledge of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
• Preferably with Class 3 Driving License for travelling to and forth various outlets in Singapore.
• Willing to work 6 days work week.

Responsibilities

Assist in building / estate / facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works

Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building / estate
Keep proper records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and to monitor the performance of M&E systems and equipment
Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors
Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager
Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.)
Perform simple troubleshoot issues arising from Smart Homes
Attend to breakdown of building / estate services and tenants’ service calls
Assist in handing and taking over of units and spaces with tenants or event organizers for Commercial Building / Retail Mall

Requirements

Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum one year relevant working experience in building maintenance
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)
Good knowledge in building, mechanical & electrical systems
Able to interact with people and a good team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills, pro-active and self-driven
