Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Involve in one or more teams in supporting and upkeeping our Satellite Communication systems running smoothly through

· Troubleshooting works, of integrated systems consisting of electrical, mechanical and electronic subsystems in both indoor and outdoor environment

· Workshop bench test to troubleshoot faulty Radio Frequency and baseband equipment using common engineering tools and support test equipment

· Technical writing of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) of Radio Frequency and baseband equipment

· Technical writing of documents like work instructions and manuals

· Proficient in the use of support test equipment like multimeter, spectrum analyzer and power meter

· Proficient in operating simple tools

· Able to understand Radio Frequency Engineering drawings or Electrical circuits

· Supporting of overseas exercises when called for

Requirements

· Diploma in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics and Communication / Information Technology or equivalent

· Possess at least 5 years of maintenance/operating experience on the Satellite Communication system or with Alcatel/Cisco switch and router networking and Information Technology administration experience

· Ability to learn and pick up skills quickly

· Good leadership

· Self-motivated

· Possess Class 3 driving license is an added advantage

· Standby/recall duties are required on the rotational basis

· Must be willing to travel at short notice

· Working location is in Ang Mo Kio

· Singaporeans Only
