RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Director, Fundraising is responsible for leading and directing the fundraising strategies, campaigns and capital development initiatives. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team towards THKMC and department success within all regulatory requirements and internal governance policies.

• Cultivate and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships and approach trusts, government agencies and other bodies that could potentially make grants to the organization.

• Strategize and improve the digital marketing efforts and social media presence.
• Assess fundraising strategies effectiveness and modify accordingly to align with the organization's goals.
