The Growth Mentoring Team runs many important key programmes for NUS College in the domains of Coaching, Career Guidance and Community Building which are components of the NUSC experience. This encompasses the Year 1 & 2 programme on Purpose & Identity, Interdisciplinary Internship Programme, Human Libraries, Firesides, Career Guidance, Life Coaching, Year 3 & 4 Alumni Mentoring Programme, Year 4 Critical Reflection Programme and collaborations with Student Life and Alumni teams as examples of the team’s scope of work. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Vice Dean (Special Programmes) and Team Lead (Growth Mentoring) in duties related to the coordination and development of Growth Mentoring Programmes and Special Programme projects that build self-confidence, purpose, identity and resilience, especially in the area of career guidance
