Your new role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be processing accounts payable invoices while verifying purchase orders and good receipts. You will also be performing supplier reconciliation on monthly basis.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be liaising with buyers and suppliers to resolve invoice on hold issues. This is a 6 months renewable contract.

As part of a 14-man team, the Accounts Executive will be responsible for the daily accounting and reviewing the transaction of the business. • Possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or LCCI/ Nitec equivalent

• Working experience in handling Full sets of Accounts (accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) and general ledger (GL))

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (including MS Excel)

• Working knowledge in NetSuite or Navision is a plus
