Job

• Inbound and Outbound processing.
• Enter parts sales order into the system / generate SOA for order
• Process invoicing for parts and shipping documents
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders
• Take charge of sales quotation for a couple of smaller accounts.
• Customer order management

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Levels qualification.
• 1 to 2 years of logistics working experience or any related field.
• Excel / Word / PowerPoint / ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and customer service background preferred

• Able to commit retails hours - shift as rostered by supervisor - Any 8.5 hours as rostered between 6am -1am ( 5 DAYS/WEEK)
