Responsibilities:

• Handles full set of accountsfor one or more entities
• Ensure accuracy for data entry of all transactions into the MYOB/Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central (“BC”)
• Account Payables: Check and ensure the supporting documents are adequate and complete, monitor cashflow and prepare payment to vendors
• Prepare PVs and payment on banking platform, submit together with supporting documents for Accountant and Finance Manager’s review before route to Directors for their approvals
• Account Receivables: Check and ensure the supporting documents (PG/SR) are adequate and complete before issue invoices on time and mail to customer, and capture the sales transactions in the MYOB/ BC
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in auditing matters
• Perform month end and year end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet accounts within the stipulated timeline for Accountant/FM to review
• Ensure all finance documents are properly filed and kept in the cabinet such as bank statement and contracts.
• Participate as a Team Player in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central implementation, guide part-timers for data entries, verify data key by part-timers, verify the final results in BC to MYOB and etc..
• Provide administrative supports, i.e. mailing documents and etc.
• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Accountant/FM, i.e. generate and sorting listing from MYOB/BC, checking of historical data and etc.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Prefer well versed in MYOB/Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central,
• Good working attitude and self-motivated.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good organizational capabilities, meticulous and process strong analytical skills.
• A team player and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Administrative Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments in the Nursing Home, including Nursing, Operations. This role ensures that departmental functions are aligned, organized, and efficiently managed.

• Provide administrative support across various departments, including Nursing, Operations
• Facilitate staff and resident onboarding processes in collaboration with Nursing, Operations and HR departments
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes
• Monitor the schedule of contracts and activate the renewal process when due, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance
• Collect data from Nursing, Operations department and verify invoices for the issue of payments
• Assist in the improvement of nursing education and learning materials, including clinical operation resources
• Prepare training logistics, book training rooms, and support online courses
• Coordinate training nominations and administration with external nursing home and other third-party organisation
• Prepare, compile, and maintain training records, including attendance, quizzes, and course evaluations.
• Compile and disseminate training reports to relevant parties
• Manage and assist in logistics preparation and coordination of meetings and events
• Oversee the record, storage, and issue of sponsored items, ensuring proper inventory management of medical and non-medical supplies
• Ensure adequate stocks of essential supplies and consumables to meet the operational requirements
• Manage office supplies and ward consumables, ensuring availability for all departments
• Collaborate with individual departments to collect, organize, and analyze data required for ongoing projects.

Job Description

• Perform membership management related tasks which include but not limited to, data entries and creation, maintaining membership records and filings, updating membership schedules, benefits fulfillment and membership sales, etc.
• Handle emails, phone calls and walk-ins for prospects and members
• Analyses membership data to improve and grow MGK membership and generate reports for management update.
• Manage administrative and financial matters such as procurement, invoicing, data protection, insurance, etc
• Develop, plan and execute MGK golf events and programmes.
• Work closely with Marketing and Public Relations to market and promote MGK membership, events and programmes.
• Support the UAT and implementation of mobile app

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Hospitality
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within a membership club, golf and/or events management industry
• Added advantage for candidates with golf knowledge or experience in the golf industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and administrative skills
• Good presentation, sales or negotiation skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to multi tasks, meet targets and tight deadlines
