Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Assistant Manager in overseeing and regulating fundraising campaigns.
• Review fundraising materials (collaterals, gift agreements, appeal letters).
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and uphold internal fundraising guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, charity, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline fundraising policies and processes.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Management, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in charitable governance and fundraising is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Visio for process mapping).

Additional Details:

• Location: Jalan Bukit Merah (some work-from-home flexibility).
• Schedule: 5-day workweek (42 hours).
• Salary Range: $3,500 - $6,000 (commensurate with experience).
