Role:

As a UX/UI Designer at TBWA, you play an important role in understanding our clients’ needs in order to create design solutions that are usable and coherent across multiple platforms and channels.

For this role, you will primarily be working with the team and our main clients in telling a great destination story and enhancing the delivery of our content to our key audience on our owned digital touchpoints. You play a vital part in the overall consumer experience with the brand by creating an engaging experience that is informative and inspiring for the users. Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience as a UX / UI designer, or equivalent
• Comfortable in running various kinds of desktop and user research

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the development of all online and offline materials to support the team’s initiatives, including but not limited Newsletters, Annual Report, EDM, Website, Mobile App, Social Medias, and printed materials
• Manage Campaign Visuals for BreadTalk IHQ Mall Campaigns and BreadTalk Group Rewards Loyalty Programme from conceptualizing to final delivery
• Assist to liaise with the printer on the selection of paper type and finishing to ensure printed material is in accordance to requirement
• Participate in cross-organization efforts to support the designing of Human Resource and BreadTalk Group’s materials from time to time
• Assist with the editing and trimming of Corporate Videos and Brand Videos as and when required
• Support the team with ad-hoc event photography as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in visual designing
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Possess strong design sense with good analytics skill on color combination, layout and font type
