• To receive referrals from referral source(s) and prepare them for screening by the Case Manager/ Centre Manager.
• To schedule appointments for initial assessment, financial counselling, and regular therapy sessions.
• To perform counselling explaining to clients and/ or their next of kin regarding the contract of service.
• To conduct means testing for patients if required.
• To prepare and maintain order of case notes for new admissions and for scheduled therapy sessions.
• To process admission and discharge of clients.
• To enter client’s attendance into the Centre Based System (CBS) on a daily basis, and update the system as necessary.
• To liaise with Operations & Facilities Management (OFM) personnel for transport arrangement for clients if required.
• To liaise with the Business Office or Finance personnel for billing matters.
• To update the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) website; CBS and Transport Call Centre (TCC) system as and when necessary.
• To perform reception duties, including responding to phone calls and attending to general enquiries.
• Carry out other tasks/ projects assigned by the Centre Manager/ Head of Rehabilitation Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administration) or equivalent is desirable.
• Working in a geriatric set up, long term care or nursing home set up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point, and other computer skills.
• Mature and is a good team player.
• Compassionate and able to relate well with the Patients of the hospital.
• Caring, understanding, patient and is empathetic.
• Able to multi task and work in a stressful environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a retail assistant manager/storekeeper, you are responsible for maintaining and managing the stores of multiple locations of the minimarts. On top of managing the stores, you will also need to operate the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and packing for customer purchases. You are required to provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times. You are expected to stack, display and replenish products on the shelves when required. You are also expected to perform any other assigned duties.
