Principal Accountabilities:-

• Liaise with intermediaries/clients on enquiries, renewals, endorsements, etc;
• To analyze the premium income for each month with reasons for increase/decrease of premiums for department reporting;
• To undertake risk surveys, if required;

• To assist accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies;

• To establish customer benefit services with vendors;
• Provide customer service to Japanese clients on their inquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters;
• Plan and organize visitations to clients (new business/renewal/claims happenings).
• Develop good relationship with clients to maintain and enhance existing clients’ business.
• Plan renewal strategies for Japanese corporate clients.
• Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums;
• Maintain clients’ details and information;
• Other duties that are assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree holder or ACII/AAII qualifications and equivalent preferred;
• At least with CGI/HI or relevant insurance qualification; Preferably with at least 1/2 years of experience in General Insurance industry
