Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and offboarding of new and existing clients for the group
• Liaise closely with clients and relevant business units for the onboarding and offboarding process
• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with new clients and relevant business units, and accurately assess the risks of the onboarding applications
• Manage clients’ inquiries and resolve queries or issues promptly during the onboarding process
• Assist new clients with the setting up of their accounts with the Company
• Work closely with the relevant business units to ensure the effective handover processes of the client
• Identify gaps in processes and systems and liaise with IT/ Product team for enhancement
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures whenever there are changes to work processes or systems

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Entrepreneurial and able to work in fast-paced environment with numerous stakeholders
• Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates). Additional Asian languages would be advantageous to communicate with clients in the international market
• Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry preferred

Job Description

• Oversee import and export operations, including preparing and issuing shipping documentation, coordinating logistics, and following up on shipments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage order processing and analysis, adhering to the company’s internal policies on shipment planning and inventory control.
• Provide support to customers by offering information regarding product availability, shipping schedules, pricing, and other sales-related queries.
• Create and manage sales orders, outbound deliveries, shipments, and invoices in SAP, ensuring no discrepancies such as tax errors or incorrect pricing/products.
• Log and forward customer complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.
• Keep SAP updated with the latest shipment details, such as delivery and arrival dates, which can be tracked through reports generated by the system.
• Timely process and review department expenses related to logistics services (couriers, dispatchers, transport companies, etc.).
• Offer logistical support by handling the receipt of materials and service notes, inputting stock into SAP, and submitting invoices to the finance department.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas for enhancement in processes and activities.
• Maintain thorough documentation of work processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for full set of accounts

- Perform bank reconciliation

- Preparation of accounting schedules

- Assist on client yearly audit and tax

- Preparation of payroll, CPF/IR8A form for clients

- Preparation of GST reports and submission to IRAS

- Computation of local taxes, submission of tax filing and compliance with local tax regulations

- Preparation of unaudited financial statements

- Assist in preparation of corporate secretarial documents (resolutions, agendas and minutes of meetings, etc)

- Assist and support the manager with other corporate secretarial and administrative work when required

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements

· At least 5 years local accounting experience

· Candidate with audit experience will be added advantage
