The Talent

• Minimum: Diploma or Degree in any field
• Min 2 years of experience in order processing / fulfilment role
• Hands experience in ERP system such as SAP

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end order management duties in SAP
• responsible for assigned customer account on order fulfilment, not limited to creating order confirmation, invoices, review and monitor customer order backlog via the SAP system-4PL, etc.
• Coordinate with plant planners and logistic team to know the order status and have the customer well-informed.
• Follow up customer inquiries includes but not limited to lead time, price, order status, delivery tracking etc. Respond & resolve customer issues timely.
• Deal with customer complain, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams.
• Be responsible for filing of all documents related to order processing, including PO, contract and any other supporting documents.
• Any other ad-hoc task assigned

Duties and Responsibilities

· Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)

· Handle daily operational AP/AR tasks including invoicing, statement of accounts and follow-up on aged receivables, payment and staff claims.

· Manage and responsible monthly cash flow.

· Assist with month-end closing activities (bank reconciliation, BS schedules and audit schedules), intercompany reconciliation, quarterly GST submission and income tax filing process

· Prepare analysis of accounts as and when required.

· Maintain fixed assets register.

· Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary.

· Maintain good documentation and filing system.

· Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting.

· Preparation of financial statements to meet statutory requirements and in compliance with the FRS will be added advantages.

· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, & bankers as and when required.

· Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma in Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experince in AP/AR/GL & preparation of financial statements.

· Meticulous and attentive to accuracy.

· Able to multi-task and possesses strong initiative.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to read and write Mandarin is preferred as the incumbent is require to work closely with the China office

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially excel spreadsheet, SAP and Xero.

· Independent team player.

What You Will Be Doing

The shortlisted candidate will report to the Manager and provide administrative support to the department in the below areas:

• Process Coordination: Co-ordinate and maintain efficient process for operations and activities within the department, and supporting operations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with standards.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration on administrative matters pertaining to eCR, Courier Application and related activities.
• Student Support: Address student enquiries promptly, providing comprehensive solutions for routine and escalated cases, fostering a positive and supportive environment for student success.
• Workflow Documentation: Document and continuously improve workflow procedures for departmental activities, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Programme Operations Oversight: Participate in the operations of curriculum approval & updates, course fees, academic rules, quota, course registration and acquisition & delivery of course materials, fees. Resolve issues with precision and timeliness.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare statistics and generate reports for both internal data requests and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of information.
• Guides and Training Material Development: Create comprehensive guides, FAQs, and workflows for internal staff and students, aiding their understanding and usage of new systems effectively.
• System Testing and Support: Provide support for data migration and conduct essential pilot testing for new system functionalities. Resolve major issues before roll-out, ensuring a smooth transition for the team and making necessary adjustments.
