• Manage CAPEX and Fixed Assets processes.
• Oversee timely closing processes and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions.
• Handle monthly journals, audit schedules, and lease matters.
• Prepare assigned reports in a timely manner.
• Prepare quarterly GST reporting (On a rotation basis).
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external customers, such as Financial Institutions, External auditors, Tax agents, Corporate secretarial agents, Local tax and government authorities, Vendors and related parties.
• Assist with the annual audit process and tax filing (corporate, withholding), as well as any ad-hoc assignments.
• Support system implementation and process improvements.
• Analyze accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercises and processes according to corporate guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing and managing bancassurance business portfolio with Bank partner(s) including sales, marketing and trainings

• Support the department's operations including preparation of sales and related reports.

• Manage new product and new channel developments, including user acceptance testing of system related activities and digital developments

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to increase operational effectiveness

• Ensure customer information, records, system storage and access are adhered to in accordance to Company's Info Security policies and guidelines

Job Description

• Working Location: Pioneer (Near MRT station)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,900 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Contract (6 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Track and document indirect material orders in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
• Enter all indirect material invoices into the ERP system accurately.
• Execute payments to suppliers for indirect materials.
• Record journal entries for consumable inventory items.
• Log provisional expenses and similar items in the general journal.
• Generate and share reports on raw material purchases and inventory.
• Help with monthly expenditure reports and submitting data to the Economic Development Board (EDB).
• Keep the Fixed Asset Register and records for tooling and consumables current and correct.
• Calculate and report royalty payments for tax filing with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
• Participate in special projects as needed, such as inventory checks, audits, and tax-related tasks.
• Provide backup for other team members and carry out various additional duties.
