· Deep understanding of the Singaporean and international insurance and reinsurance markets.

· Strong understanding of the insurance and reinsurance market in Asia, including regulatory and compliance requirements.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and growth.

· Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, and to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
