Summary:
We are looking for an Executive -Talent Acquisition (IT) to join our client's HR department and help them grow their IT teams.

Job Description
• Coordinate with Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Social Media platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Lead employer branding initiatives
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
• Experience in hiring IT Technologies like Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Java, iOS, Android, JavaScript
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 4-6 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment (Singapore Market) is Mandatory
• Agency experience is mandatory (should have done hiring for external clients).
• Contract hiring experience is desirable.
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Human Resources, Business Administrator, IT or any related field
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, LinkedIn)
