• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, including FDA, CE, EMA, ISO, and other international regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities:

1. Outlet Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

2. Equipment Maintenance:

• Manage equipment servicing, maintenance, and repair issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to schedule maintenance activities and resolve technical issues.

3. Premises Upkeep:

• Ensure that the clinic premises are well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Address any facility-related issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.

4. Stock Management:

• Collaborate with the procurement department to manage stock levels, including ordering and storage of products.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and optimize inventory management.

5. Communication Facilitation:

• Provide administrative support as needed, including documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of meetings or events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, business management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetics clinic setting.
