We are seeking a highly skilled "Client Project Implementation Manager" to oversee the organization's client base and develop a Job portal for Foreign Manpower placements and initiatives within the organization and to the clients across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- You will establish yourself as an advisor and ensure implementation of access and connectivity to the clients with organizations internal job portals.

- You will work as a Subject matter expert to represent the organization and acquire new clients from internal or external sources.

- You will coordinate with sales and business heads to develop and agree on targets (client, product, closure etc) for prospective clients.

- You will execute new business ideas that supports our client's strategy and targets and aligns with our internal job portal teams to provide the most relevant list of candidates online.

- You will leverage existing leads whilst continuously building a pipeline of new clients to further develop in new markets / client segments.

- You will develop and contribute towards regional strategy and sales initiatives

- Other adhoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is preferred.

- CEI (Basic) Certification is a MUST.

- Minimum 10years experience in Software development and implementation (like web portals) is preferred.

- Able to travel fequently to overseas like Malaysia, Bangladesh and India.

- Proven experience is required as a Project Implementation Manager in handling development of job portals.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant Manager with expertise in the construction industry to oversee our financial operations and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and management, with a deep understanding of construction accounting practices.

• Maintain books of accounts for all companies under the Group.
• Posting of all accounting entries related to income, expense, and journals as required.
• Oversee and maintain cash flow.
• Review the system for invoicing, tracking payments, and aging analysis of outstanding AP/AR.
• Ensure good practice in recording and filing expenses.
• Maintain the ongoing reconciliation of bank and cash accounts, ensuring that the books are balanced.
• Ensure inter-company accounts are balanced and reconciled.
• Oversee year-end procedures – accruals, prepaid, receivables, and payables; any other journals as required.
• Financial year-end preparation of accounts for audit. Liaise with Auditors to ensure clean signoff. Follow up on closing any audit gaps.
• Initiate tax planning, and GST reporting and oversee periodical tax filings
• Work closely with the respective business units to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Group consolidation
• Prepare monthly, yearly, ad-hoc, and consolidated reports.
• Suggest process improvement of in-house system or automatizing processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• At least 5 – 7 years experience of accounting experience.
• Prior knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling full-set accounting and annual audits.
• Independent and responsible personality
• Preferred to be bilingual due to work requirements.

• At least 7-10 years’ experience in a similar tax role. (Big 4 Accounting Firm and MNC tax background preferred.)
• M&A tax experience, Singapore and international tax consulting experience preferred.
• Experience in establishing and implementing sound Transfer Pricing policies.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in accountancy/tax auditing or equivalent.
• Familiar with Mad soft Accounting Software

Job scope

• Managing tax reporting obligations for the group in Singapore and Malaysia
• Leading all aspects of tax reporting across direct taxes, indirect taxes, and transfer pricing
• Tax forecasting.
• Analyse tax data and offer insights to support management decisions.
• Support Group financial reporting and address tax inquiries.
• Analyse Financial Statements & GL to identify strategies to minimize tax costs, ensure tax compliance and accurate tax filing.
• Preparation of corporate tax computations for group

Job Description

• Lead the establishment of a Finance Accounts Payable Shared Services Department in Singapore.
• Proactively manage and monitor the Group’s Accounts Payable (AP) function to drive accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
• Key point of contact for the Group’s Procure-to-Payment process.
• Perform monthly Suppliers Statement of Accounts reconciliation and accruals.
• Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in all areas of AP processes, with the objective of improving operational efficiency.
• Maintain and establish AP policies and procedures for easy guidance and implementation.
• Continuously structure, standardise and optimise financial processes and system to ensure optimum efficiency.
• Lead and motivate a new team to provide high quality services and stipulated turnaround time.
• Assist in the implementation of new ERP system with primary focus on the Accounts Payable modules.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AP processes with experience in setting up AP shared services.
• Degree in Accounting and Finance or related discipline/and equivalent
• At least 10 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Knowledge of Esker and Vendor Invoice Management.
• Strong collaboration mindset as this role requires working with many stakeholders in areas of improvement, compliance with SOPs, suppliers and rectifying payment issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks and bring projects to completion.
