Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in finance, business strategy, or a related function
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline
• Experience manipulating data sets and working with system and analytics tools to turn them into insightful business recommendations
• Experience in applicable accounting concepts and financial planning
• Fluency in Microsoft and Google Office suite (Excel, sheets etc) as well as key accounting (Xero) and business software tools (Hubspot)

Job Description

Managing and overseeing shop operations, developing a routine for opening and closing, ensuring efficient functioning of the shop, managing the sales floor and providing maximum profitability

Administrating accounting functions, meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales and financial targets, managing the budget and generating payroll by adhering to payroll policy

Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock, daily and weekly counts, rotated and changed by season, shop specials or sales

Managing loss prevention through security requirements and monitoring strategies, auditing paperwork and inventory levels and appropriately handling broken or damaged merchandise.

Monitor inventory levels and arrange for supplies reorder accordingly.

• In-depth understanding of RC structure work, expert in Formwork and Rebar.
• Well known in construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Working hours 6 days per week
• Strong construction background to discuss and advise technical matters with Main and Sub Contractors.
• Excellent Communication skills and highly organized, driven and conscientious.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers
