Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Oversee and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations, ensuring effective delegation and operational efficiency.
• Manage guest service, the beverage program, and overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with mixologists to develop a cocktail menu based on current trends and market research.
• Conduct research to enhance the outlet’s reputation, aiming for inclusion in the top 50 bars in Asia.
• Partner with regional bars to increase the commercial visibility of Antidote.
• Lead marketing and public relations efforts to promote the outlet and support the goal of top industry recognition.
• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure the team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
• Facilitate ongoing training and re-training as needed.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies to advance the outlet's objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion or strategic realignment based on market trends.
• Analyze and manage outlet budgets to reduce expenses and enhance profitability.
• Oversee the control of outsourced labor, casual staffing, and overtime in line with budgetary constraints.
• Identify and address potential issues to improve operational efficiency and revenue generation.
• Monitor reservation status and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service.
• Plan and manage staffing levels to meet business needs and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
• Collaborate with Talent & Culture to recruit and onboard qualified team members.
• Conduct daily briefings and monthly department meetings to ensure clear communication and team alignment.
• Maintain and enforce service standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1 years in Bar manager role
• Minimum 3 years as Head Mixologist 
• Experience in Asia or World 50 best bar is a must.

• Service oriented with an eye for details 
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office-Words & Excel

The candidate will lead the APJ regional benefits team. This role is responsible for executing the Global Benefits and Wellbeing strategy, offering regional insights, shaping global policies, and driving efficiency through AI and platform improvements.

The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant benefit delivery, oversee local broker relationships, manage regional budget planning and execution, and support mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, they will lead a small team, foster their development, and work closely with the APJ People Leadership Team on strategic priorities and executive escalations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the execution of the Global Benefits and Wellbeing strategy across the APJ region
• Provide the Global Benefits Leadership Team with regional insights and help shape global policies while maintaining local relevance
• Drive efficiency improvements using AI and platform tools to enhance employee experience
• Partner with the Care and People Product Team to deliver a seamless end-to-end employee experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compensation, FP&A, and Legal, to ensure compliance and smooth benefit delivery
• Support corporate development teams with due diligence and integration during mergers and acquisitions
• Manage broker relationships at the regional level and oversee the regional budget planning and execution process
• Foster team development by providing hands-on learning and career growth opportunities to direct reports, guiding them on benefit design, policies, and onboarding
• Handle stakeholder management in collaboration with the APJ People Leadership Team and manage executive escalations

You will play a role in reviewing internal control procedures and making recommendations for improvement as well as conducting analysis of critical business areas on a risk-based methodology.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Business or professional accountancy qualification
• With minimum 1-year operational experience in an international company or medium to large audit firm, preferably in internal audit
• Able to work independently and overseas travelling is required
• Possess good analytical, report writing and interpersonal skills
• Conversant in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates

Account position

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set of accounts
• Ensure compliance with the statutory tax requirements, including preparing necessary tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
• Report to Account Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficient in accounting software like MYOB/Quickbook/XERO
• Singapore accounting or audit working experience is an advantage
• Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures proper follow through on equipment packages from pre-PO phase all the way until completion as per contractual and project requirements
• Coordinates with Package Buyer to conclude the Contract/PO with Package Vendor
• Monitors and coordinates with Vendor for contractual obligations and deliverables
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for meetings, technical clarification/discussion and inspections
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for ITP, Testing and Commissioning Procedures
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to prepare, update and timely submission of weekly/monthly reports including procurement map
• Coordinates and supports Package Buyer and Costing Officer to manage Vendor variation/claim
• Monitors and tracks vendor payment milestones and ensure vendor is meeting the requirements for each payment milestone
• Reviews and verifies vendors invoices
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for inspection, testing, and closing out all the inspection reports
• Coordinates with Owner’s Representative, 3rd Party Inspector, Project Team and Vendor for visit to Vendor site/workshop (either local and overseas) for inspection and testing
• Coordinates with Vendor and Expediting Lead for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing and preservation requirements
• Coordinates with Vendor for the spare parts list and commissioning spares
• Coordinates with Project Team and Vendor for site support for installation, testing and commissioning
• Coordinates with Vendor for timely submission of final vendors data books and documentation
• Coordinates with Package Buyer and Vendor for any guarantee/warranty matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any engineering disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
