1. Establish a mechanism: Establish a major customer protection management mechanism, clarify demand acceptance, plan formulation, implementation, peak response, etc., to form a closed-loop management;
2. Demand Undertaking: Responsible for undertaking customized operational requirements for internal KA and group KA and other key customer projects, responsible for evaluating the end-to-end operational process, promoting implementation and operation and maintenance support;
3. Monitoring and management: Monitor and manage special guarantee operations for large customers to promote quality improvement for large customers;
4. Peak guarantee: Assist the group's strategic customers, SKA customers, and regional KA customers to collect peak period volume forecasts, and link market product lines and operational functions to formulate guarantee requirements and operational monitoring;
5. System support: Responsible for undertaking and following up on the needs of major customers for operational monitoring and early warning systems.
6. Voice closed loop: Responsible for the voice closed loop of large customer needs

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the whole process of Accounts Payable.
• Verify vendor's invoices, DO, PO.
• Handle payments to vendors via cheques, Giro, or TT payments (multi-currencies).
• Maintain Accounts Payable ledgers using accounting software.
• Manage employees’ reimbursement requests.
• Handle day-to-day and month-end accounting and reporting functions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, quarterly GST reporting, monthly cash flow forecasts, etc.
• Provide assistance in year-end audits.
• Handle accounts for overseas-related companies.
• Check claims and payments made by overseas-related companies.
• Ensure the accuracy of month-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
• Provide assistance in checking year-end reports submitted by overseas-related companies.
• Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel spreadsheet.
