Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (VAT Filings, etc.), and IFRS required filings.

Coordinate annual statutory audit and liaise with auditors.

Oversight of transfer pricing compliance and related strategies.

Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.

Work closely with Senior Management on financial matters.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management practices.

3. In-depth knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and accounting processes, including transfer pricing regulations.

4. Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

5. Attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

· Manage and oversee the entire operation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Preparation and/or review of individuals, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporate and withholding tax computations for a portfolio of clients and ensure timely completion of deliverables

· Handle queries from clients and IRAS

· Able to provide high quality service to clients

· Support Manager on tax advisory work and to achieve monthly targets

· Able to lead and guide a team of professionals and work effectively with internal departments

· Identify opportunities to sell tax service offerings to clients

· Attend to internal administrative duties

· Other ad-hoc duties or assignments.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

· Accounting Degree / ATTS / Executive Tax Programme Levell II or relevant tax qualifications recognized by SCTP

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore tax

· Preferably an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax)/ (GST)

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Able to work independently and show initiative

· Guide and mentor junior staff

· Good knowledge of GST will be a bonus

· Business acumen to identify opportunities to sell tax services

· Keen attention to details
