RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the engagements of charities to build relationships, deepen knowledge of charity sector and support other NVPC teams with charity queries and recommendations.

1. Synthesise insights from engagements to plan and develop future initiatives for engagement, community building and capability development for charities.

1. Conduct research and analysis on Giving.sg, charities and the sector to develop a consolidated resource of essential information about charities.

1. Assist in the clean up and build up of data in our customer relationshiop management system, Salesforce,

As a .NET Back-End Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our experienced

engineering team to design, develop, and maintain the back-end systems that power our

application. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including

building APIs, integrating with third-party services, optimizing database queries, and

implementing scalable and secure infrastructure.

The Singapore Institute of Legal Education (“SILE”) is a statutory body established under the Legal Profession Act. Its role is to uphold and enhance the standards of legal education in Singapore. Assistant Manager / Manager (Legal Technologist)

As a Legal Technologist, you will assist SILE in integrating technology into their work to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. This role centres on the development and implementation of digital solutions, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the current rules and policies related to Singapore Bar admission, including the Part A and Part B Courses and Examinations, as well as the Practice Training Period processes.

The successful candidate will be part of the Bar Admission and Examinations team, reporting to the Director of Bar Admission and Examinations and Legal Secretariat. Key responsibilities include:

1. To assist in the development, implementation, and administration of SILE's technology transformation efforts in digitising its processes (“SILE Technology Solutions”)
2. To train users on SILE’s Technology Solutions
3. Monitor requests and escalate issues to the vendor or the Information Technology department as needed to facilitate problem resolution related to the SILE Technology Solutions
4. To assist in the development, management and implementation of standard operating procedures, system and process of the department
5. To assist with the administration and implementation of the Legal Profession (Admission) Rules 2024 and other related regulations, including processing of practice training period applications and being the key project manager of integrating IT systems into the process.
6. To assist the work of the Legal Secretariat
7. Undertaking any ad hoc projects or duties

Requirements

• A recognised bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university, preferably in an IT-related discipline.
• Candidates who are keen on regulatory work and legal administration, and who have a law degree and are newly qualified are also welcome to apply.
• Keen interest in IT and legal regulation is necessary for this role. The ability to code is a plus.
• Good command in English and good writing and communication skills.
• Can work independently with initiative and minimal supervision.

As a 3D Graphics Engineer Intern, you will be developing graphics components and applications for our products. In this role, you will work closely with UI-UX designers and the R&D team to collaboratively solve real-world problems.

What will you do

• Design, build and maintain efficient and reliable software modules for Screening Eagle software products.
