Job Description

Responsibilities

• Daily data entry of invoices in the accounting system
• Reconciliation of Account Receivable / Payable
• Update the Account Receivable aging report and send out SOA
• Prepare General proof of payment such as expenses and personnel claims. Data entry for AP payment and settlement
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
• Support day-to-day finance operations
• Prepare simple full sets of accounts (AR/AP/GL)
• Assisting in a full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
• Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptly and accurately
• Intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
• Handling of Human Resources and payroll matters.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning
• Knowledge of MYOB and Xero will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system, handling monthly transactions for Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing procedures.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors and customers, reviewing AR and AP listings.
• Consolidate AP and AR status/issues/problems as they arise.
• Ensure completeness, compliance, and accuracy of documents and records.
• Maintain accurate data entry in alignment with established policies.
• Generate weekly reports and conduct thorough checks for inconsistencies or irregularities.
• Reconcile Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Statements of Accounts.
• Upload bank transactions into Xero accounting software.
• Ensure all internal funds are accurately recorded with proper documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full set of accounting (AR, AP, GL).
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in Accounting Software (XERO or equivalent)

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver first class customer service at all times
• Greet, assist and check in customers
• Respond to customer questions at the studio, per phone and email
• Handle studio membership database, register new clients, receive membership payments and maintain client base
• Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Guide customers with regards to the latest studio promotions, membership discounts and/or special events
• Deliver quality protein smoothies and customer service in the Fuel Bar
• Handle pre-orders and orders on the spot
• Custom to each customer’s needs
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations
• Have flexibility with schedule, having the ability to work weekends, holidays, morning or night shifts

Job Overview:

Drafting and/ or reviewing all contracts and agreements. This includes but not limited to chasing contracts from suppliers, drafting contracts to buyers, aligning all terms and clauses based on deal recap evaluating all potential exposure between terms and preventing profit leakage.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Keep track of all the purchase and sales recapitulation of the deal；
• Draft purchase and/or sales contract；
• Review and counter purchase and sales contract；
• Uploading contracts for approval；
• Draft and/or vet legal agreements including but not limited to the memorandum of understanding, frame agreement, term agreement, third party agreement etc；
• Liaise with the legal team in headquarters for review of agreements and contract clauses；
• Review and provide suggestions on new deals and/or terms and conditions in tenders documents；
• Discussion with traders on trade terms and conditions；
• Other daily ad hoc assignments；

Qualifications:

• At least Diploma and above
• Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas industry or did procurement work for government sector, with relevant experience in writing Tender, DC reports etc. and well verse in general terms in contract
• Meticulous、willing to learn、diligent and able to work independently as well as in a team

Responsibility：

• Coordinate department administrative workstreams and optimize work efficiency, act as the person in charge of administrative issues, including HR, procurement, attendance, supplies, expenses, contract management, etc;
• Manage Product/project cost and work closely with different internal and external departments
• Communicate the headquarters’ policy to the department in time and assist in execution;
• Facilitate the development of a department management system and implement administrative protocols and procedures；
• Organize department activities for team building and corporate culture fostering；
• Lead the team to support effective and efficient business development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 2 years of secretarial, project management or related working experience；
• Excellent business communication skills
• Detail-oriented, well organized, with a good sense of logic;
