1. Development of the Asian Market (50%)

The company's ambition to open an office in Asia is highly dependent on the success with new accounts in the region. • Guarantee the respect of Dior brand image in all aspects: Visual Merchandising, Beauty
• Ensure overall counter image/aesthetic adhere to brand philosophy/ guidelines and that all counters are updated with stocks and testers
• Supervises daily counter duties such as housekeeping, merchandising, stock management, including supply of testers and counter tools
• Ensure stocks and testers are sufficient on-counter through effective facilitation of stocks transfer from warehouse to store(s) or counter(s); ensure stocks are well allocated to each location and effective stocks replenishment
