The Operations Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with the various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with the project team to create a mutual understanding of the project strategy based on the requirement of the job
• Conduct in-depth reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/or requirements
• Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and make sure that all aspects of safety are reached
• Help project managers and engineers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects
• Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they also conform with project timetable
• Convey project needs from the project manager to the management of the firm. For example, in a case whereby extra funds are needed for the completion of a project, the project manager communicates the situation to the management of the company usually through the construction operations manager
• Assist in the maintenance, development, and enhancement of the company’s relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership
• Train and mentor employees in areas of project management and estimating.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering or BCA recognized degree.
• Masters degree in any management or engineering field will be an added advantage
• At least 5 years on-the-job experience in a similar role or in any other construction capacity.

Job Function:

• Responsible for monitoring of day-to-day Accounts Payable Function
• Responsible for monitoring of day to day Inventories and Year end stock take
• Review and allocation of daily cash management within the Group
• Oversee accounting staff in Accounts Payable & Inventory Team to ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
• Monthly PowerBi reporting
• Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Accounting ar ACCA
• Minimun 8 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Inventory and full book experience

THE ROLE

As the new General Manager for Oche Clarke Quay in Singapore you will be fully accountable for all financials, KPI’s and general P&L across your venue. A hands-on role you will oversee the business while developing the managers and team around you. Reporting into the Global Operations Director you will be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the performance of your site and be responsible for supporting the business, identifying areas for growth and driving sales. You will ensure consistently high results while empowering your team and nurturing the company's culture and values.

ARCHITECTURAL MANAGER

1. Possess at least diploma or degree in Construction Management.

2. Check and perform both 2D drafting work and BIM Model Quality.

3. Perform BIM clashes review, carry out BIM modelling works and prepare and distribute clashes report to facilitate coordination process.

4. Ability to do submission of Architectural drawings to government authorities, tender and construction drawings.

5. Assist the Architects to resolve any non-compliance issues.

6. To liaise and co-ordinate work with the Consultants and sub-consultants, government and statutory authorities.

7. Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
