• Assist in preparation and submission of engineering design and documents by following construction plan and drawings

KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible to the Operation Manager, your duties will include but not necessarily be limited to:

• Ensure GW policy, customs procedures are being complied.
• Ensure booking accepted by airline based on committed transit time with workable sell rate.
• Ensure client’s requirements are communicated/executed promptly.
• Effectively communicate with overseas offices/agents/Carriers to meet customer expectation.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES

• GCE ‘N’ level or above
• Or equivalent certification in logistic related field preferred

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum of 2 years experiences of air operations in the airfreight industry.
• Good airfreight and air cargo knowledge.

• Design of Layout, Mechanical Parts, Jigs and Fixtures using Solid Works.
• PLC programming on Omron NJ series or other brand. Lead & direct technicians on operation & trouble shoot of automation line & equipments.
• Documents & file process changes, start up forms, PM schedules, trouble shooting & service records, etc.
• Leads & drives Engineering changes & improvement projects with internal & external customers.
• Manages equipment yield, cycle time & output of production line.
• Manage automation and equipment spare parts.

Requirements
