A Japanese F&B Restaurants Group is currently looking for suitable candidate for below position:
Job Specification for Operations Manager
SALES TARGETS:
· To ensure that revenue targets are set periodically and achieved at all times
· To ensure sales is maximised at all times with great customer service
· To implement cost management and control within the company guidelines
HUMAN RESOURCE:
· To support in local recruitment and selection for efficient restaurant human resources
· This should include but not be limited to: Staff recruitment and selection, training, performance management & disciplinary/dismissal issues as required
· To maintain cohesiveness of the team to maximise positive teamwork efforts
OPERATIONAL:
· To oversee SOP development for service & review (opening, closing etc.)
· To provide timely management updates – Monthly performance, sales & trend analysis and recommendations
· To ensure resource management & maximization – Restaurant costs reduction and maintain within targets
· To ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, customers and company assets
SERVICE OPERATIONS:
· To ensure consistently high quality of customer service in all areas
· To improve average yield per customer
· To co-ordinate training programme – service quality, menu
· To respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
· To investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
EVENTS & PROMOTIONS AND OTHER:
· To engage in branches promotional activities as required
· To assist, advise and manage event operations as and when required
· Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 5 years managerial experience in relevant F&B or hospitality industry
- Managing outlets overall operations, work along with relevant departments such as Finance and Human Resources.
- Proven track record in achieving company sales / KPI as well as operational functions
