Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a office/data center/commercial establishment with sound technical knowledge of building services (M&E).
2. Higher Nitec in Facility Management or Nitec in Built Environment (Mechanical & Electrical Services).
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
5. Effective problem-solving abilities with good communication skills.
6. Able to perform shift work which includes working on Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holiday.
7. Comfortable to work morning shift (7am to 4pm) when required
