What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Operations Executive to assist us in managing our operations. The Operations Executive will be responsible for planning the daily and periodic work schedules, managing clients’ enquiries, feedbacks and assist with operations administrative duties.

• 5.5 Days work week
• Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday: 9.00am to 1.00pm

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, manages team of cleaning supervisors, floaters and cleaners.
• Manage daily work schedule planning for cleaning crews.
• To liaise with clients for service appointments.
• To handle client’s enquiries and feedbacks promptly and ensure client’s satisfaction.
• To communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Operations and Sales department.
• To provide training for cleaning supervisors, floaters and cleaners.
• To assist other cross departments on operations related matters.
• Respond to and report operational incidents if any.
• Manage, maintain and purchase store inventory items.
• To assist with operations administrative duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
• Perform cleaning duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Preferably 1 year of similar work experience.
• Possess good customer service, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good working attitude and able to multi-task.
• Independent and a good team player.

Job Description

· Sales invoices are processed in a timely manner

· Monitor promptly on the collections from customers

· Coordinates with the logistics department for outgoing sales shipment

· Weekly/monthly Sales reporting

· Petty cash recording

Requirements

· Min. Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Experience knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantage

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)

Challenges:

1. IT Projects Implementation

• Assist in software testing and project implementation, system administration and support the day-to-day systems operation within the Association, including supporting ERP system, PMS system, IT infrastructure and networks
• Collaborate in setting up the machine, configurating software
• Performing UAT/SIT, software user training for end-user
• Document IT projects comprehensively, outlining processes, configurations, and outcomes
• Conduct system reviews to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues and gather insights for improvement

1. IT Service Support

• Maintain accountability and accuracy of all IT assets inventory
• Undertake various IT-related tasks as required to support onsite staff effectively
• Respond to IT ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and versatility

What it Takes:

• Minimum of a Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field
• A min of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar position
• Mandatory experience in software application support, with exposure to systems like Charity management, PMS, POS, ERP, etc
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure, server setup and network troubleshooting
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, end--user and vendors
• Proficiency in escalating technical and user enquires clearly a to technical teams and superiors
