Job duties and responsibilities:

· Coach, train and motivate retail assistants in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at retail outlets;

· Deliver exceptional customer service to guests and answer guest queries on store/ park related matters;

· Actively acquire and demonstrate product knowledge and recommend suitable merchandise to guests;

· Gather and share feedback on product quality, pricing etc and feedback to Managers for follow up;

· Upkeep visual displays of merchandise and recommend changes if needed;

· Support and execute product launches and campaigns;

· Work with Managers to meet financial targets (e.g. sales targets, reduce losses);

· Assist in periodic stocktakes and ensure stock accountability;

· Plan and execute stock ordering, reducing loss of sales opportunities;

· Operate SAP and point-of-sales system, ensuring accuracy in inventory and revenue collection in compliance of standard operating procedures;

· Plan staff coverage and ensure accuracy in staff attendance reporting; and

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Prior retail supervisory experience preferred

· Good communication skills

· Able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays

Job scope :

• Strategize, execute, coordinate, and oversee crew changes for designated vessels.

• Maintain communication with local and international agents regarding crew changes and related matters.

• Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.

• Verify, manage, and handle crew documentation and certification procedures.

• Perform ad hoc tasks as delegated.

Requirements :

· Diploma/Degree or equivalent

· PC literate and well versed in MS Office

· Marine background is an added advantage

· Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Familiarity with Mandarin is an additional advantage.

· Positive working attitude

Job Scope:

• Handle day-to-day operations related to accounts payable and receivable
• Liaise with vendors and customers with regards to financial requests and queries
• Prepare GST schedule as required
• Prepare commission
• Post entries in system and assign account codes
• Liaise with auditor and tax officer on all related queries
• Ad-hoc duties as and when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG or related industry
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent
• Ability to commence work on short notice will be preferred
