• Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.
• Analyse, design, build, test and deploy Workday integration including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.
• Support upgrades, changes and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.
• Develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.
• Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

Key Requirements

Job Responsibilities

· Sourcing of clients in the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) Sectors for their hiring needs on placement of foreign workers.

· Monitoring the hiring process to ensure no hiccup.

· Proactively connect with existing clients to build good relationships to secure continuous patronage of services.

· Sourcing of potential new clients via cold callings, emails marketing, social media platforms and etc.

· Conduct screening of candidates and follow up interviews if required by the clients.

· Applicants with experiences in placement of foreign workers from Bangladesh, India and NTS countries will be advantageous, fresh applicants are welcome as training will be provided.

Basic salary EXCLUDING commission will range from $2,500 to $2,800 and commensurate with relevant experiences.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle monthly closing of accounts with GL supporting schedules.
• Enter GL-related journal entries into the ERP system.
• Update and maintain the Fixed Assets Register.
• Prepare GST schedules and handle tax agent queries for tax computation.
• Coordinate year-end closing processes and audit queries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting and Finance HOD.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in GL and accounts closing functions.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:18pm (45 minutes lunch break)
