What's the role?

As an APAC Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for our guest and employee experience strategy and all touch points from pre-visit communications, first experience when entering the building, the pantry operations, and any events support. A. PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE

The Coach Development Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of SAQ’s coaching education and development initiatives in line with the direction and objectives of the Association.

1. Coach Education and Development

· Maintaining relationships and communications with various stakeholders

· Coordinating with Coach SG to ensure seamless integration of NROC membership requirements and accreditation programming across all platforms.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Network and Security Management

• Maintaining and administering computer networks in PRD and DR sites
• Manage network devices: Core Switch, Router, Firewall, Network Monitoring System, Wireless, Remote Access
• Configuration, installation, maintenance and life cycles planning of various network devices and services
• Monitoring network performance and ensuring reliability and availability
• Experience in log review, log monitoring, firewall rule review
• Monitors and assesses overall health functionality of security systems and equipment
• Provide technical support and advice on all hardware and software in the network environment
• Supervise and provide vendor management for external contractors

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant IT related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience with 1-2 years’ experience in a banking and financial services
• Familiar with MAS Notice 655(Cyber Hygiene Practices) would be a plus
• Experience with routers, switches and firewall, i.e. Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto, and Checkpoint etc
