A. Duty & Responsibility
1. Manage Operations Executive and nsuring that all procedures and requirements are adhered to
2. Ensure that work assigned to container coordinator leads / depot assistant & operating personnel are fulfilled to required standards
3. Ensure smooth flow of daily operations and shortest turn time for truckers in the depot.
4. Attend to daily mail correspondences from customers
5. Discuss and manage a team of Operations Executive to enhance daily operation, and implement productivity initiatives
6. Solve issues if there are any discrepancies, non-compliance, accidents or escalation from customers
7. Maintaining the discipline in the depot
8. Assist the management upon requested and perform other duties and assignments as required
9. Ensure equipment’s availability and procedural flow integrity and functionality
10. Maintain customer’s requirements and confidence
11. Observe performance and resolve difficulties pertaining to inadequate response to movement requirements and daily inventory supply
12. Attend the regular operation meeting with shipping agents to discuss operation work plan and implementation
13. Keep track of fixed assets and ensure depot facilities are in good order
14. Liaise with DTT team on improving trucking efficiency
15. Regulate the accuracy and priority of jobs undertaken by office team
16. Identify safety hazards in operations areas and proactively eliminate any risks
17. Ensure staff work safely in a safe workplace
18. Integrate safety into daily work activities
19. Adhere to all company rules and regulations including safety rules
20. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
B. Education & Qualification
1. Degree graduate or
2. Diploma or
3. Nitec / WSQ-recognized certificate

D. Work Experience
1. Diploma: minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 year in supervisory role or
2. Nitec / WSQ-recognized certification: 10-15 years’ relevant experience
