Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets for the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) business unit in the APAC region, focusing on emergency backup solutions for multiple industries.
• Implement growth strategies, country-specific plans, key deals, and life cycle analysis to expand market share in the sector.
• Collaborate with network management, sales engineering, order management, controlling, and R&D by providing necessary information.
• Prepare and execute market strategic decisions to grow the business in relevant countries, working closely with internal and external partners.
• Provide specifications and requirements to the application team for application engineering matters, utilizing computerized engineering tools, databases, technical library information, and factory standards.
• Follow up on orders with customers, internal departments, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all contractual requirements are met.

Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will be executing all Representative Notification Framework (RNF) related transactions including appointment, cessation, and change of particulars related transactions. You will also be tasked to prepare periodic reports and updating of SOP. There will be opportunities for involvement in ad-hoc projects as part of automation and digitalization journey.

Job Description:

• Lodgment of documentation on MASNET for the appointment of Representative for Licensed Financial Advisers.
• Collate newly approved RNF applications to inform stakeholders and ensure records of newly appointed agents are updated on internal system
• Process resignation or termination of agents and tracking of recovery items
• Lodgment of cessation of representative on MASNET
• Lodgment of change of particulars submission for agents, including update to internal system and MASNET
• Manage team’s mailboxes to ensure timely response to requests and queries.
• Prepare and/or verify periodic reports
• Provide support to team lead to ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process automation, digitalization and/or system enhancements.
• Provide business inputs and collaborate with key stakeholders on process improvement and automation projects, including putting up work requests and business requirements, as well as UAT testing
