Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Seeking storytellers with 1-2 years of content creation experience, who possess video production and photography skills.
• Candidates with content production skillsets and relevant hands-on experience are welcome to apply.
• Know how to operate a video camera and DSLR.
• Proficient in editing programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.), Keynote, Final Cut Pro, iMovie etc.

As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our technical operations, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and security of our systems and platforms. In addition to collaborating with a team of tech professionals and driving strategic initiatives, you will also manage IT assets and enhance IT security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with external technical team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions to meet business objectives.

· Interpret and analyze programming languages, algorithms, and data structures to optimize system performance and functionality.

· Implement and maintain cyber security measures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

· Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and infrastructure, to ensure efficient utilization and compliance with organizational policies and standards.

· Enhance IT security measures, including access controls, data encryption, and security monitoring, to safeguard company data and assets.

· Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.

· Proficiency in programming languages.

· In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, practices, and tools, with experience implementing security measures in enterprise environments.

· Experience in managing IT assets and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network resources.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
