Job Description:

Develop Administrative Policies and Procedures: Work with senior management to develop and update the company's administrative policies and procedures to ensure that they are consistent with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Office Facilities Management: Responsible for managing the company's office facilities, including office space, equipment, supplies, etc., to ensure that employees have a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment.

Supply Chain Management: Work with suppliers to ensure that the company's office supplies and equipment are adequately supplied, and coordinate budgets and expenditures with the finance department.

* Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

* Acute financial management skills

* BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
