Our client is a dynamic and innovative real estate development firm specializing in retail properties. We are seeking a skilled Retail/Office Leasing Manager to join our clients team and play a crucial role in driving tenant occupancy and maximizing property revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect potential retail tenants to fill vacant spaces within the portfolio.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract high-quality tenants and achieve targeted occupancy rates.
