We are looking for a qualified Events Executive (Operations) to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, and operations of various (1) digital & (2) onsite projects and management of vendors and suppliers.

For this position, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As an Events Executive (Operations) at Get Out!, you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

★ Provide support for the sales and accounts managers

★ Plan and coordinate with the sales managers to properly execute projects within the given deadlines

★ Provide details and progress of each project to ensure a smooth transition from deal closure to event day

★ Remaining under budget with all costs

★ Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues

★ Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects

★ Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

★ Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

★ Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise

★ Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event

★ Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events

Requirements:

★ Min. 3 years of proven work experience as an Events Executive (Operations)

★ Customer-focused with good attention to detail

★ Communication and team management skills

★ Comfortable with working on weekends (when required)

Job Description:

• Handles batch payment, interbank GIRO, adhoc payments, cashbook recording related to Agency department.
• Ensure all coding are entered in accounting system on a timely manner
• Principal’s final disbursement related matters
• Prepare monthly Statement of Account
• Assist in Agency department’s internal control audit, external audit queries
• Ensure e-filing of assigned documents in proper sequential order
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation as assigned
• Daily cashflow management & reconciliation.
• Placing of Fixed deposit with banks
• Assist in preparing fund transfer payments & collating of bank advices
• Liaisng with moneychanger to arrange the necessary cash requirements
• Assist on various bank documentations
• Assist on all paper works for financing matters
• Replying to bank queries
• Any duty as may be assigned by superiors
