Reporting to Regional E-Commerce Manager, you will be an ambassador for our company values. This Regional E-com function is focused on supporting the digital growth priorities of the brand, both strategically and commercially. The role focuses on maximizing the customer experience by balancing commerciality and brand. As regional digital experience manager, you will be responsible for creating the best possible overall product experience for the user. You will also be responsible for establishing a digital customer journey based on the commercial plan, supported by the digital content strategy. You will lead the work in creating customer journey guidelines for Regional and local content teams. You will support the delivery of content tools to drive Digital campaign effectiveness and identify Digital content requirements to maximize selling.

What you will do:

• Utilize multiple data sources and turn different data streams into a cohesive view of our customer to produce detailed digital business insights & analysis.
• Ensure the tracking of A/B & MV testing scenarios and continuously track and optimise online acquisition campaigns in partnership with markets.
• Support with detailed analysis of path to registration and path to purchase to improve conversion funnel as well as analysis of various merchandizing zone performance to refine understanding of winning combinations.
• Lead and support markets on Operational eCommerce projects like launch of COS.com in new market expansion, launch of new eCommerce platforms or formats and to assess and capture online opportunities in marketplaces.
• Build regional proposals with tech and media partners like Google, Facebook and support the recruitment & onboarding of eCommerce Managers across APAC markets and also act as our Web Analytics Advocate to foster a data-driven mindset among market’s Digital stakeholders, build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy and drive best practice sharing at market level and within Global Community.

About you

• 5-7 years of experience in web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analyses.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Cognos, predictive modelling, forecasting and related data-analyses/statistical software
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven organizational, analytical and decision making abilities
• Sales driven and result oriented
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of the team
• Leadership experience of managing team is preferred
• Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbal & written

• To direct, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office and other services rendered by other operational departments of the Hotel.

Summary

As the successful candidate, you will manage the Controlling Solutions team, which aims to facilitate financial and operational reporting for a variety of internal stakeholders via BI tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). You will prioritise and coordinate the maintenance and development of compelling performance dashboards and ad-hoc reports, working closely with end-users and relevant IT teams. You play a pivotal part in preparing reporting packages and ad-hoc analysis to upper management. You and your team are highly involved in the Budget and Forecast process. You define priorities and objectives for your team in close collaboration with the Business Controlling & Analytics Director and assess performance and development of your team members.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of three Business Controllers who focus on building reporting dashboards and operational reports via OAC. Mentor and coach direct reports and wider Business Controlling & Analytics team
• Be a key custodian of the organisation’s KPI framework and manage the end-to-end flow of report requests enabling end-users across the organisation to make informed decisions with the right tools at the right time
• Work closely with end-users to collect and understand reporting requirements, and with IT teams to prepare data models and deliver compelling reports and dashboards
• Coordinate the preparation of financial figures for month-end reporting and con-tribute to the overall reporting package for upper management
• Contribute extensively to the Budget & Forecast process, notably by coordinating ETLs between the financial systems and reporting deliverables, supporting end users, and working closely with Business Controlling team
• Lead digitalization projects to standardize, simplify and/or automate processes and reporting
• Supervise maintenance of the cost centre structure in financial systems to align with changes in the business and reporting requirements
• Present analysis results to all levels in the organisation and train end users in BI tools
• Be an expert in systems used for reporting and budgeting purposes

What you'll receive

THE ROLE

The Senior/Account Manager is responsible for prospecting new businesses and maintaining strong business relationships with existing clients and business partners.
This person will support the Business Director and the Creative Director in developing ideas and proposals and follow through with the entire project with the client and project manager. It is vital for the person to also wear a strategist hat in developing clients' solutions.

As we are a small agency, you’ll also sometimes project manage certain aspects yourself.
