Responsibilities:

• Planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Schedules and monitor M&E work progress
• Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination
• Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project
• Prepare floorplans, shop drawing, detailed drawings and as-built.

Requirements :

· Capable of reading electrical and ELV drawing schematic diagram drawing.

· Minimum working experience 5 to 6 years in construction.

Responsibilities:

• Main task is to carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities
• Ensure installation work is carried out accordance to the procedures and requirements
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality
• Ensure adequate materials at job site for the installation works
• Update to operations manager on daily site records such as manpower arrangement, materials usage and works status
• Coordinate with client and sub-contractor’s supervisory staffs on day to day work activities and inspections
• Attend all necessary site progress meetings as and when required
• Embraces safety and ensure all practices comply with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Experience in refractory and insulation works
• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
