Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. • Provide comprehensive support in Media Back End process
• Ensure media manufacturing conformance to the process flow, specification and procedure
• Implement effective process control and audit to ensure product and process compliance/conformance
• Conduct root cause analysis for process issues
• Conduct experiments for yield/process improvements
• Support the setup, troubleshoot and qualification of backend process equipment
• Provide technical assistance to Production Manufacturing Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Ability to work closely, efficiently with a dynamic event team under tight deadlines, and across multiple projects.
• Responsible to produce event visual designs and translate concepts for various media platforms such as on-site event collaterals, large format prints and digital media.
• Support event brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and sketch graphics designs based on requirements/specifications
• Design event branded materials, including backdrops, signage, infographics event merchandise, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Oversee all artwork deliverables related works, from the development of design briefs for agencies, to the final delivery through production.
• Adapt artworks created by appointed agency for the use in other aspects of the event.
• Delivering production artwork / guidelines / for Commercial implementation.
• Oversee work rendered from colour proof/mock-up to final print and application.

Marketing and Event Co-ordination

• Support and implement all event marketing related activities, such as event branding, digital marketing, social media site and event website
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare and manage content of event website and social media
• Coordinate and manage design production process with vendors when required.
• Assist with other scope of work within the event commercial operations team.

• Support the Head of PR & Communications with executing PR and Communications strategy for the PAP region (Product and Corporate) based on guidelines from Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG (“PAG”) 
• Support all PR and Communications activities within the PAP region, with an additional focus on executing media-related activities for Singapore’s importer/ retail operations (Product and Corporate) based on guidelines from PAG

OVERVIEW

As the Digital News Editor, APAC, you will be at the core of the editorial team, responsible for breaking, assigning, editing and writing news stories throughout Asia’s business day. Your role will involve updating the CNBC.com website, coordinating with various teams and covering breaking news – all within tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Deputy Managing Editor in leading and managing a team of journalists
• Act as the hot-seat for CNBC.com, managing and updating site content with strong editorial judgment and knowledge of business and financial news
• Craft breaking news headlines quickly and accurately for mobile notifications  
• Write breaking news stories with both speed and precision
• Occasionally write stories on diverse topics, including financial markets, business trends, economics, and policy
• Perform copy editing for CNBC.com, ensuring the highest quality and timely publication of stories, features, video descriptions and interactive content
• Communicate effectively and promptly with CNBC teams across various countries and platforms, including TV, to ensure coordinated story coverage
• Curate website content by selecting relevant stories from wires and partners
• Produce and publish stories using the content management system
