Content Management:

• Support overall content marketing operations, including content planning, curation, translations, management, and deployment across website, emails, online magazine, print advertising, sales letters, brochures, flyers.
• Assist in the updates of content including copy, images, videos and editorial content on comohotels.com content management system.
• Assist in photo and video shoot production, post-production process and update of website and marketing collaterals
• Conduct SEO keyword research and copywriting to ensure increased engagement in content and online traffic.
• Adhere to marketing strategies and objectives, meeting deadlines as set by the Corporate Marketing Team and other stakeholders.
• Make revisions, identify problems or inconsistencies, solve problems by reviewing with the Corporate Marketing Team.
• Understanding briefs, adhering to the objectives of the project, remaining on brand and grammatically correct.

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the HQ Marketing Team to execute integral marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate, coordinate and fact check with key internal and external stakeholders to produce creative and non-creative content.
• Contribute and participate with creative and brand teams to develop multiple concepts and campaigns.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media and/or Content Marketing.
• Portfolio of published content (optional, please provide).
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, international travel or hotel industry.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) with excellent writing skills
• The ability to think strategically and translate ideas into creative content.
• An eye for detail and a desire for perfection.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A flexible approach and willingness to adapt.
• Familiar with website content management systems and website analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills and familiar with project management tools.
• Strong team player, positive upbeat energy and self-starter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content assessment, editing and stringent quality checks/preparation of programmes for telecast in a digital work environment in accordance with the respective compliance Codes and SOPs.
• View and package programmes for Code compliance for broadcast on Channel 5 and meWATCH.
• Perform QC checks, enter Media-logger (SOM/EOM) details and TXR programmes for broadcast.
• Liaise with the Technical Support team and resolve issues with the Dalet and craft editing systems.
• Perform complex edits on the craft editing system (Adobe).
• Ensure strict adherence to the standard operating procedures for a consistently high-quality output in all aspects

• Diploma in any discipline
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet broadcast deadlines
• Technically savvy with a keen interest in programme editing, TV programmes and video content.
• Possess a strong awareness of local social and cultural sensitivities and concerns in our broadcast programmes.
• Good communicator / people person/ team player.
• Able to vet general content (Children's/Sports/Lifestyle programmes) for IMDA Code compliance.
• Working experience with digital editing systems (Dalet/Adobe) is beneficial.
• Relevant experience in programme editing will be a strong advantage.
