Job Description:
• Responsible for day to day warehouse operations which include receiving, labeling, putting away to storage location, picking and packing of orders for shipment
• Loading/unloading of goods
• Serving and greeting walk in customers
• Ensure good housekeeping warehouse and store
• Perform periodical cycle count and participate in annual stock count

Requirement:
• GCE 'O' / 'N' Level with at least 1 -2 years of warehouse experience
• Good communication skills and team player

We are looking to recruit a Procurement Assistant to join the Operations team immediately.

The role will include the development and management of an integrated school-wide procurement procedure, liaising between the Operations Director and School staff in the allocation and management of budgets and procurement requests.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualification and experience:

• Candidate must possess a degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Procurement
• Excellent command of spoken and written English

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• To develop and manage an integrated school-wide procurement system, including Supplier research and competitive analysis, supplier management, inventory management and processing of purchase orders, the clearing of international shipments and liaising with the Finance department regarding final invoices
• To support the School Operations Director where necessary.
