XCL World Academy is seeking to recruit a Procurement Executive to support the Procurement and Finance Team operations.

Main Responsibilities

● Able to add value to the company by obtaining quality goods and services at competitive prices.

● Ability to source vendors and negotiate favourable prices through volume orders or proposed payment terms.

● Safeguard the assets of the company and ensure there is control.

● Manage and distribute office supplies to respective stakeholders/departments

● Executes purchase requisitions processes, creation of purchase orders and tracking of goods received.

● Verifies that the order and quantity purchased is within the agreed budget and approvals.

● Process Goods Received Note (GRN) on timely basis.

● Review and follow up closely on open POs due to month-end closing.

Position Overview:

The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services for the organisation. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that procurement processes align with company policies and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

• Coordinating with shipping agencies and vendors/principles to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
• Forecasting and planning of inventory by extracting and analysing transactional data.

Requirement

• Experience in Healthcare and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Skills Good communication skills.

• Purchasing role with exposure to order processing in the interim
