Responsibilities:

You will ultimately hold responsibility as the Singapore regional logistics order to shipment, subject matter expert. Understanding and representing everything about spare parts order through successful customer shipment will be the focus of this role. Duties involve but are not limited to: shipment monitoring and status, supply chain services, inventory control, WMS / ERP system reconciliation, critical parts availability, B2B order management, shipment of products via approved carriers, and third-party warehousing.

Evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. Provide data analysis for improvement cycles; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. Assists in developing logistics plans, procedures, and best practice.

Transact and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure inventory accuracy. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize parts availability and collaborate with other functional logistics team members to identify requirements and to meet project deliverables. Focus will be customer support and inventory management as well as collaborations with internal and external stakeholders. Influencecustomer satisfaction, driving value-added efficiencies for the company as a whole.

This role will be a remotely managed. Successful candidate will be self-motivated, working with minimal day to day operational instruction. Key responsibilities include:

• Support multiple business functions (from Global Customer Care centers to Field Engineers) to assist and resolve spare parts inventory discrepancies by transacting, reconciling, creating manual orders, cancelling orders and intercompany invoices and reversing transactions.
• Act as logistics point of contact addressing internal customer spare parts order status requests and ensuring smooth progression accordingly.
• Review EDI feeds to ensure any required manual orders are created for Field Engineers and to reprocess any EDI errors.
• Continuous training support for Global Logistics and Regional Admins to ensure proper order and delivery process flow.
• Reconciliation of inventory OHB issues, understanding / driving RCCA, overall ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy thus minimizing order delays.
• Organizes and handles a variety of logistics issues in a Service Logistics environment.
• Resolve receiving discrepancies for inbound customer spare parts returns in a timely manner. Address repeated, systemic issues by identifying long-term solutions.
• Assist parts escalations team for urgent P1 (priority) orders to ensure parts inbounded passes quality inspections, country of origin (COO) and Harmony Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes are loaded in SAP, monitor shipments until order is delivered to ensure it reaches the Field Engineer (FE) in a timely manner.
• Monitor aging inventory – Keep oversight of global inventory locations ensuring material is progressing as expected. Work with Management and key operational stakeholders to resolve any obstacles preventing expected material flow.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios testing for platform updates in vendor program management or internal SAP changes.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Administration or Material Management or equivalent experience in a Logistics environment.
• Minimum 2-3 years related industry experience in supply chain, inventory control or distribution and logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Access and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems.

Actual daily deliverables

• Identify and develop new sources to reduce total cost
• Create request for quotations (QFO) for contract services/parts and negotiate to obtain best terms and conditions on competitive price, payment terms, quality, delivery, warranty, and service deliverables to organization
• Create and prompt follow through to final award on tenders on critical IT/facilities projects accordingly to planned timeline

Required experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and verify cargo from suppliers including unstuffing of container.

2. Accurate picking and packing of customer's orders, ensuring completeness and accuracy before dispatch.

3. Coordinate shipment logistics, generate Delivery Orders, arrange transportation, and ensure timely dispatch.

4. Safely load and unload goods from vehicles using appropriate equipment.

5. Ensure all incoming and outgoing stocks are properly documented.

6. Organize stock for easy access, regularly conducting checks and updating inventory systems.

7. Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Superior to support overall departmental goals and objectives.

10. Enforce safety protocols, train staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse/logistics facility.

Main purpose of the job

The Integration Lead plays a supporting role in bridging the gap between global and regional organisations and connecting Global Procurement Office with Asahi Group Holdings with respect to dedicated categories. He/She act in aligmnet with the respecive Category Director, Category team and the Liason Director. Beyond that, the purpose of this job is to oversee, implement, and optimize procurement strategies and operations across the organization, as well as foster unity across regions and promote the sharing of best practices and knowledge. The role involves managing supplier relationships, executing strategic sourcing plans, and implementing category strategies to maximize business value. It also entails risk management, with a focus on price volatility, supplier stability, and product or service availability. Driving sustainable procurement initiatives and innovations, while cultivating a positive work culture that aligns with the company's people strategy, are vital aspects of the role. Key qualification criteria
