Roles

To serve as a liaison between clients and company to provide integrated semiconductor test solution enabling lab to fab test

Responsibilities

• Develop positive relationships with customers
• Generate new businesses from existing account expansion and new account penetration
• Act as the point of contact and overseeing the sales process
• Monitor sales metrics and suggest actions to improve sales performance
• Make sales visits, gain insight and identify opportunities for growth
• Negotiate pricing details with customer to meet their needs and maximising company revenue
• Report on the status of accounts and transaction to management
• Work with various functional team to address issues as a team
• Monitoring and providing relevant information on market, competitor and account activities

Requirements

Job Description:

• Responsible for client acquisition, servicing, account retention
• Acquire new clients and growth of the company’s share of business of existing clients from our target market (main-contractor, sub-contractors and sub sub contractors) over telephone, cold-calling, e-mails and outdoor site visiting
• Deliver financial targets and objectives in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with Team Leads / Head of Department
• Involve in the negotiation, preparation and processing of documentation relating to sales quotation, close and delivery of service
• Assess clients’ credit risk & monitor clients’ repayment ability
• Involve in coordination with various departments and stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure prompt and timely delivery of services to clients’ project/work sites

Must have experience in Air or Sea Freight operations. Able to work in Mandai Estate and preferably staying in nearby area. Must be able to work as a Team and Multi Task with other Logistic operations - cross training will be provided.

· Based in Singapore and responsible for providing legal and compliance support to Asia Pacific Office and its affiliates.

· Strategic and legal advice on various legal and compliance matters, including corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, data protection and litigation matters.

· Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents, employment-related agreements, etc.

· Advise on data protection queries, policies and practices.

· Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance and emerging threats.

Responsibilities

· Develop new customers and manage existing accounts by means of mid-long mid-term Sales Account Development Strategies.

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to grow sales, opportunities and foster a positive customer relationship..

· Prepare weekly and monthly Sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

· Work with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries.

· Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities.

· Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing logistics operations, ensuring compliance with on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include preparing customer orders, coordinating with the brewing team to ensure sufficient stock at all times, responding to customer questions, bottle labelling, and continuous improvement for efficient supply chain operations.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform day to day operations to ensure sufficient stocks and order preparation.
• Liaise with Production Team to ensure efficient logistics flow and through continuous improvement.
• Work with customers to manage the order re-scheduling and ensure sales order case fill rate 99%.
• Act as the customer’s first point of contact in case of logistics and claims from the customers.
• Handle various claims from customers and resolve the issues in a timely manner.
• Liaise with colleagues or managers of each team to find the best solutions to customers’ issues.
• Implement logistics SOP and KPI.
• Assist with maintaining brewery cleanliness.
