• Assist and execute the Annual General Meeting
• Liaise with vendors for Society’s events & manage the digital media gallery.
• Invite and host media representatives at Society functions
• Support Sub-Committee(s), Panel(s), and Task Force(s) including minutes writing taking
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

1. Minimum degree in Mass Communication, New Media, Public Relations, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
2. Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and video editing software
3. Strong understanding and active use of social media, including proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics
4. Knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (CMS) is advantageous
5. Independent and excellent team player with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure with a positive attitude

• Follow up on new leads and sales opportunities

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1) Content Creation and Management

• Create compelling and creative social media content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Manage and execute the daily operations of our social media platforms, covering platforms such as EDMs, Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn & etc.
• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar.
• To support in content strategy creation for all ongoing marketing campaigns, special holidays, and / or other events.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, emails, and messages, and analyse market feedback and trends. Respond promptly to inquiries and comments.

2) Audience Growth and Engagement

• Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares.
• Support other digital marketing activities as needed.
