Job Description: Sales Coordinator / Sales Support (Indoor)
The sales coordinator plays an important role in the sales team to support basic sales functions in our Singapore office such as:
1) Handling sales enquiries;
2) Preparing quotations;
3) Order processing;
4) Coordinate with operations team;
5) Support project team for project sales
Pre-requisites / skillsets / Qualifications:
1) Multitasking and Time-management skills
2) Proactive & Positive mindset
3) Effective communication skills
4) Experience in sales / administrative roles would be an added advantage
5) Basic computer / MS office literacy
6) Attained GCE 'O' Levels and above, however, we may consider N-level qualifications with relevant experience.
7) This job requires proficiency in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written).
Other Information:
Location: West Area near Jurong East MRT
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, with alternate Saturday 8:30am to 12 noon.
Salary will commensurate with experiences and suitability
